Mr. Ernst Remas

Mr. Ernst Remas serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of The Remas Staffing Company, LLC.and The Remas Staffing Career Center. Mr. Remas has fifteen years of experience in management operations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lynn University. He specializes in talent identification and acquisition, developing strategic operating models to drive revenue and retention, building long-term business relationships and social networking. He regularly attends leadership and networking conferences to continue learning best practices.

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Dr. Kia Prescott

Healthcare is a business and the landscape of healthcare continues to evolve in dynamic ways that healthcare consumers receive quality healthcare, based on evidenced-based practice. Dr. Prescott has built her nursing career and advanced her skill set providing healthcare within the community. She is an advocate in supporting families, women and children and increasing access to healthcare, while fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. Dr. Prescott is an asset to the healthcare profession in the collaborative efforts made with a multitude of healthcare professionals and large healthcare systems, to decrease healthcare and social disparities on a local, state and federal level.

She holds a Doctorate Degree of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. She is board certified (BC) through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) and was nominated with the prestigious title as one of “South Florida’s Top Healthcare Professionals in 2019” by the Miami Media Group, LLC.
